Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. At the moment, we are only accepting orders for delivery in the United Kingdom. This may change depending on future developments. Please let us know if you are interested in our products and you live in the European Union.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you ask us to part ship your order, you may be charged postage.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Orders in excess of £75 receive free Shipping & Handling. For orders less than £75, Shipping & Handling is based on weight of the product. Items will be sent Royal Mail and may have to be signed for.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days. If there is to be a delay, say for example due to product not being available, we will inform you first.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders delivered in the UK - 17.5% VAT is added to your product and shipping total.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, however, if we do let you down, please let us know so that we can improve upon our systems and processes.

Unless we make a mistake and ship a product you did not order, for health, safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Make Up, Skin and Body Care Products and Nail Polish. If you receive an incorrect product, please email us for a Product Returns Number (PRN) within 5 business days and once we receive the incorrect product, we will ship the correct one same day at no cost to you.
